BMTF Self Medical Evaluation

From 15th of May to 19th of May in Banjica barracks, Belgrade, Republic of Serbia, Balkan Medical Task Force has conducted Self MEDEVAL as a preparation for the FTX “Saber Guardian 2017” in Romania.

The aim of this training event was to check readiness of BMTF as a Military Multinational Unit to participate at the FTX “Saber Guardian 2017” in Romania while simultaneously evaluated through NATO Medical Evaluation system.

Training objectives for the members of BMTF were as follows:

  • To optimize interoperability among command structure.
  • To evaluate effectiveness of information management and patient flow.
  • To self-evaluate modules within BMTF.
  • To build effective medical teams of members from BMTF countries.

During the day for the distinguished visitors, capacities of the BMTF were presented to representatives of the Directorate for Military Health from the Serbian Armed Forces, Military Medical Academy from Belgrade and NATO Centre of Excellence for Military Medicine
